Reminders for the 3rd DPSA Awarding Delegates
On Booth Competition
- Each DPSA contest—DPSA Learning Challenge, DPSA Quest, and Ano ang Kwento Mo—will have a separate booth competition.
- Booth dimension is 3 x 3 meters.
- A laptop/desktop will be provided to each booth. Internet connection will be available also.
- Each team is given a maximum of 8 minutes—two (2) minutes for judges to prepare/settle down and six (6) minutes for the group’s representative to present, including Q&A.
- The team must choose one representative to present their entry to the judges. However, in Q&A, anyone from the group can answer.
- The booth should display the following elements:
- Focus Study Entry
- Team Profile
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusion/Recommendations
- The following criteria will be used across all DPSA contest category:
- Booth Content 30%
- Booth Design 30%
- Presentation 30%
- SMS Poll result 10%
- Judges’ decision is final.
- Prizes and other details will be announced on the event proper.
On DPSA Quiz Bee
- The quiz bee is open to all the DPSA School Team delegates.
- Each School Team will be represented by two (2) team members composed of: one (1) student and (1) teacher.
- The DPSA quiz bee will consist of general questions about the DPSA Awards (year 2008 to 2010), winning entries on the 3rd DPSA contests (i.e. DPSA Learning Challenge, DPSA Quest, and Ano ang Kwento Mo), and pop culture.
- In case of conflict in questions, answers, mechanics, referees/judges will be consulted. Judges’ decision is final.
- Contest mechanics and prizes will be announced on the event proper.
